At Butler Loftet, we offer a 14-day return policy on all orders, ensuring you have ample time to decide if your new purchase is the perfect fit. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized parcel shop; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
